Colorado Wins Over Kansas State
After an in-bound pass by Colorado was picked
off with just seconds to go, it looked
like Kansas State was going to hold on to win after swatting away the first
in-bound pass to give Colorado the ball with 2.6 seconds left. But every
player should know what to do while moving, dribble. That must have
slipped Pervis Pasco's mind because when he intercepted the ball and literally
walked off the court with the ball running out the clock. Hold on, there
is a very important rule that everybody learns when growing up playing
basketball, it is that you have to dribble the ball when you move! By
doing this, Pasco gave Colorado the ball in a great spot to win in-bound the
ball with 1.8 seconds. The ball went to senior James Wright and banked the
ball off the backboard for 3-points as time expired. The crowd stormed
court while all Kansas State fans were stunned.
